1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products like intimate wear, clearance items, or perishables (if sold) are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- Email support@portbae.com with order ID and reason.
- Return items at your expense unless defective or incorrect.
- We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and address.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges are offered based on availability. If not available, store credit may be issued, valid for 6 months.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We may cover return shipping only for defective/wrong items.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Contact us immediately. Shipped items must follow the return process.
